Privacy
Your photos, kept close.
A plain-language look at how handles your portraits. The short version: they live on our own hardware, only people with the link can see them, and they are deleted 30 days after your event.
-
Self-hosted on our own hardware
The AI engine, the booth app and the photo storage all run on a studio computer that we own and operate. Your photos are not sent to a third-party photo cloud, and there is no remote database that outside parties can access.
-
Private, unguessable links
Photos can be opened only through long, unguessable album and photo links, or through the shared album QR code for your event. Search engines are asked not to index these pages.
-
Deleted after 30 days
Every event album is deleted 30 days after the event, together with the working copies our AI engine made while creating the portraits. Before that, the event host receives reminders on days 15, 20 and 29 with a link to download the whole album, and can extend once for another 30 days. Test-drive photos are deleted after a day, and previews and unused captures sooner still. Please save the photos you love before then.
-
Your face is used only for your portrait
Your photo is used to create the portrait you asked for, and nothing else. We do not build face profiles, and we do not store face embeddings or biometric templates.
-
AI photo themes and consent
Reimagined portraits use AI to restyle your photo into the look you pick. Choosing a look, and taking the photo, is your okay for that: your face is sent to our own AI engine only to render your portrait, never to identify anyone. If you would rather not, choose a classic framed print or skip the booth. That is always fine.

Guests under 18
If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before you use the booth. When a young guest uses it, we ask that a parent or guardian agrees to this page for them. The line asks only for a first name, and an email address is always optional.
-
Email only with your consent
If you ask us to email your portrait, we use your address to send it. Updates from us or our sponsors are a separate choice that is always unchecked by default.
-
What we count for impact numbers
To show sponsors and community partners what their support made possible, we keep simple totals: how many portraits were made, how many guests joined the line, how many people opened an album, and how many times a sponsor was shown. Reports we share show these counts only, never photos, faces, names or email addresses.
-
Logs stay local
The operational logs that keep the booth running stay on our studio computer. They are never uploaded or copied to cloud storage.

Inquiries
When you request a quote, ask about sponsorship or apply for a Community Day, we use the details you share only to respond to you.
